Ok let me ask questions first...
1. has the electrical been swapped? if yes, then keep the 3sgte and fix it.
2. when you say no compression? what do you really mean? which cylinder? how you know that is the problem? who did the swap? etc...
3. have you done the swap or not? not sure based on the post.. if not, then fix the 5sfe. and keep the 3sgte and also fix it with time, youll need the ecu, wirring, etc... transmission, hubs. axles, etdc. I hope you knew that already...
